WA 2.0 Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 8, 2026
NY Quick Help Inc. provides WA 2.0, a shipping and delivery management application for businesses and their authorized users. This policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use WA 2.0.
Information We Collect
Account information: Names, usernames, password credentials, assigned roles, business locations, language preferences, and account settings.
Order and delivery information: Order numbers, customer names, contact telephone numbers, job names, delivery addresses, crew and driver assignments, delivery status, notes, and timestamps.
Photos and submitted content: Proof-of-delivery photos, information scanned from order QR codes, missing-order reports, bug reports, and other information you submit.
Technical and activity information: Information needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP addresses, browser or device information, sign-in activity, error reports, and records of actions performed in the app.
Information may be provided by you, by your organization’s authorized personnel, or automatically when you use the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
Provide access to the app and enforce account permissions.
Organize orders, crews, loads, and deliveries.
Record delivery completion and proof of delivery.
Provide operational notifications and status updates.
Save and synchronize work during connection interruptions.
Maintain operational history and investigate errors.
Protect accounts and prevent unauthorized activity.
Respond to support and privacy requests.
Camera and Photos
WA 2.0 uses the camera when you choose to scan an order QR code or take a photo. Photos you select or capture for upload are used for delivery documentation or the feature through which you submit them.
You can manage camera and photo permissions through your device or browser settings. Disabling permissions may prevent related features from working.
Business Locations and Delivery Addresses
The app uses assigned or selected business locations, such as a lumber-yard branch, to organize work and control access. These location settings are separate from a device’s GPS position.
Delivery addresses are processed to support shipping and delivery operations.
Information Sharing
Information is accessible to authorized personnel according to their roles, location permissions, and operational responsibilities. This may include managers, administrators, crews, drivers, and customer-service personnel.
We use service providers, including Railway for application hosting and storage, to operate the service. These providers process information as needed to supply their services.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect rights, or secure the service.
We do not sell personal information or use delivery records or photos for targeted advertising.
Local Storage and Offline Use
WA 2.0 uses cookies and device or browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions, remember preferences, and support offline work.
Pending delivery actions and photos may remain on your device until they can synchronize with the server. Clearing app or browser storage before synchronization may permanently remove unsent information.
Data Security
We use HTTPS to protect information in transit and account permissions to restrict access. Password credentials are stored using password hashing.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their devices and sign-in credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Retention and Deletion
Account information is retained while needed to provide and administer access. Orders, delivery photos, and operational history may be retained after an account is removed when needed for delivery documentation, resolving disputes, security, or applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Deleting an account does not automatically erase historical business records associated with that account. Historical records may retain the name of the person who performed an action.
You may request access, correction, account deletion, or deletion of personal information by emailing contact@nyquickhelpinc.com, with the subject “WA 2.0 Privacy Request.” Include your name, username, organization, and the information or account involved. Do not send your password.
We may verify your identity and coordinate with your organization before completing a request. We will explain any information that must be retained and the reason. Information no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy will be deleted or anonymized.
Children’s Privacy
WA 2.0 is a workplace application and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service or our practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
